We do small jobs.  It’s as simple as that.  We have only two conditions for taking on small jobs: 1) You are not a mean person, and 2) You pay us for our time.  While small jobs do not make up a significant chunk of our annual revenue we engage in them frequently, mostly for past clients looking for reliable service on a random project.  How random you ask?
